Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Experience in leasing and resident relations is preferred.
• Knowledge of on-site accounting or property management software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with property operations and rent collection.
• Manage resident delinquencies, evictions, and notices; support move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Prepare and post financial and leasing reports; assist with accounting close processes.
• Coordinate training for staff on leasing, traffic entry, and marketing activities.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Engage with residents and plan events to support resident retention.
