Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at our residential communities. You will handle resident relations, leasing support, and administrative duties to help maintain high occupancy and service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in leasing or property management, strong organization, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes on-site presence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Marketing/Business a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests and concerns, ensure timely follow-up.
• Leasing support: assist with apartment leasing, renewals, move-in/move-out coordination, and occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, income documentation, recertifications, inspections.
