Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director for the Frisco, TX property. You will support rent collections, maintain resident records, and assist the Community Director while ensuring strong resident relations and leasing activity.

You’ll coordinate marketing efforts, manage accounts, and communicate with residents, investors, vendors, and leadership to maintain a high standard of service. Requires on-site presence and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work set and variable schedules, including weekends and emergencies.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and attend company functions in other cities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Able to work at locations other than the home property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain resident records, reporting, and management system.
• Provide assistance to the Community Director.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
