Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a luxury riverfront community in Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on leasing, sales, budgeting, reporting, and comprehensive property operations.

Responsibilities include owner occupancy targets, tours, online inquiries, and resident services; plus reporting, audits, and team scheduling. Travel locally may be required; schedule Tue–Fri 9–6, Sat 10–4. Paid benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales for conventional multi-family housing.
• Maintains a consistent level of professional customer service.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Fortress.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves property occupancy goals.
• Ensures lead tracking follow-up and data entry daily at the community level.
• Assists in giving leasing tours and answering leasing phone calls.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Designs and implements a resident retention program (newsletter, referral program, social activities).
• Submits and maintains all administrative forms, files and reports timely.
• Reports unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or property.
• Assists in audits and orientation, training and scheduling of team members.
• Assists in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for office staff.
• Post rental payments and handle lease renewals.
• Handle community delinquency.
