American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for U Club on 28th in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on leasing, customer service, and turning prospects into residents while supporting events and social media efforts.

You will work a structured office schedule with on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, reporting to the Resident Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program from an accredited college or university.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience with leasing or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Enter resident information into Salesforce in a timely, accurate manner.
• Support marketing efforts: orientation campaigns, housing fairs, open houses, and social media initiatives.
• Serve residents and parents as a resource on property, local university/college, and community.
