Job summary

American Campus Communities seeks a part-time Community Assistant at TWELVE at U District in Seattle, WA. You will assist property management in leasing, show apartments, process inquiries, and support resident services with a strong customer-service focus and adherence to BOSS standards.

You must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program and available for on-site office shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call periods.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program from an accredited college or university while in this position.
• Experience in leasing or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to use CRM and social media platforms for marketing and resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or online.
• Complete guest cards for prospective residents and enter data into Salesforce.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and social media content to reach target audiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional community environment.
• Assist with Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes and on-call shifts as needed.
