Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the on-site property team in Thornton, CO. You will blend sales, customer service, marketing, and admin tasks to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction from inquiry through move-in.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, conduct tours, process leases in Yardi, and coordinate with the Community Manager on marketing initiatives. Weekend availability is required and compensation includes incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or retail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease flow paperwork and prepare resident move-in walk‑throughs.
• Maintain high occupancy and a strong lease close rate.
• Prepare and complete all lease paperwork for future residents.
• Update prospect, resident and lease data in Yardi daily.
• Answer calls and respond to online/email leads promptly.
