Job summary

RedPeak is a Denver-based apartment owner, operator and developer seeking a full-time Leasing Professional. You will be the brand ambassador and primary contact for prospective residents, using attentive listening and strategic sales to lease apartments and deliver exceptional service.

You’ll drive occupancy, lead development, and resident retention while collaborating with the sales team to meet community goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and maintain a high lease close rate.
• Handle lease paperwork and move-in processes.
• Respond to leads by phone/email and set property tours.
• Maintain accurate data in leasing systems.
• Perform regular zone walks and market trend reviews.
