Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Aurora, CO. This full-time role involves onsite tours, leasing activities, and delivering excellent resident service to maintain high occupancy with a compliance-minded approach.

You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and coordinate with maintenance through Yardi. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or customer service and solid MS Office skills, with a commitment to inclusive, resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency in personal computing and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour the community and amenities with prospects, know apartment specs, vacancies, rates.
• Process resident communications, enter requests into Yardi, relay to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, compliant manner per Fair Housing rules.
