Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Denver to be the first contact for prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, assist with leases, respond to inquiries, and promote community features to match resident needs.

Strong communication and relationship-building are essential to drive satisfaction and occupancy. You will collaborate with team members to plan resident events, maintain accurate files, and support marketing strategies to increase traffic.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, lease documents, and inspecting units.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a smooth renewal process and high occupancy by proactively engaging residents.
