Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies are seeking a Community Assistant to be the face of the property, supporting leasing efforts and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries, conduct tours, and help prospects with applications while maintaining organized lease files and a high level of professionalism.

As part of the on-site management team, you will foster positive resident relationships, manage requests and concerns, assist in event planning, and participate in daily reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• A commitment to staying informed about the property.
• Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A friendly demeanor that establishes you as a trusted advisor for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and assist with the application process.
• Ensure lease files are accurate, complete, and organized (digital and/or physical).
• Report traffic, application, and lease variances to the team.
• Maintain high energy and professional demeanor in daily interactions.
• Foster positive resident relationships and contribute to property operations, including planning events and handling after-hours calls.
