Job summary

Greystar's Union on Knox in College Park, MD, seeks a proactive Community Assistant to support leasing, marketing, and resident services as part of the property management team.

You will handle administrative duties, assist with tours and online inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and help execute resident events and communications.

This part-time role pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour and may include bonus opportunities; on-call shifts and evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leasing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for leasing office: copy documents, file resident files, prepare notices, handle resident calls, and organize rent payments and other collateral materials.
• Assist with sales and leasing activities: conduct virtual tours, respond to online inquiries, greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and show apartments.
