CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Community Director in the San Antonio area. You will support the Community Director by managing rent collections, resident records, delinquencies, and financial reporting, while maintaining strong resident relations.

We value hands-on operations experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi software, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and travel to nearby properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Yardi software experience (preferred).
• 1–2 years of on-site management operations knowledge (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required).
• Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and attend company events when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Director in daily operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and resident records.
• Manage delinquencies and reporting of financial data.
• Lease the community and market it to prospective residents.
• Communicate with residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Assist with risk management and safety programs.
