Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our apartment community and deliver an excellent experience for residents and prospects. The role is ideal for someone with customer service, sales, leasing, or property management experience who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, leasing, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the apartment community.
• Provide friendly, professional service to current and prospective residents.
• Support leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, preparing leases, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist with rent collection, including follow-up on current and delinquent accounts.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate resident, leasing, and property records.
