Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Ambassador in Baton Rouge to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and deliver exceptional service, driving occupancy year over year.

You will assist in planning marketing events, tours, social media campaigns, and respond to inquiries, while coordinating with the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends during peak

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, Public Relations, etc. preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Must be reliable and have self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must be available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and related addendums; communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines: generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, follow up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally; maintain a positive community environment.
• Assist with resolving resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists; conduct model and tour route inspections; housekeeping; logs; log packages; log and notify residents.
