Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador for The Legacy at Baton Rouge to guide prospective residents through leasing, support marketing efforts, and participate in community events. You will manage tours, lead follow-ups, and assist with social media campaigns to promote the property.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, time management, and adherence to lease guidelines while delivering a positive resident experience and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand housing contracts and clearly communicate information to residents and guarantors.
• Close the sale by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and on- and off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Address resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists and log activities for residents.
