Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Strong organization skills and reliability are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to use email/CRM tools.
• Comfortable working evenings/weekends and during summer/turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, tours, and leasing processes to maximize occupancy.
• Promote the community via social media and on/off-campus events.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct tours in a timely, professional manner.
• Enter maintenance requests and log activity in resident systems.
• Log and resolve resident concerns with appropriate escalation.
