Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist to enhance resident satisfaction and drive high renewal rates at The Landing CoMo in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on building community, supporting the leasing team, and maintaining property reputation through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Prior experience in student housing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and community members.
• Oversee renewal campaigns in collaboration with Leasing & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain property reputation by managing online reviews and resident feedback.
• Assist with leasing processes, tours, applications, and move-in procedures.
• Support re-let operations and onboarding of new residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
