Onni is seeking a Resident Liaison Supervisor to lead a customer-focused team across multiple sites. You will oversee guest check-in/out, resolve inquiries, and ensure high-quality service that enhances the Elevated Living Experience. Travel between sites may be required to support priorities.

The role emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction with strong attention to detail and hospitality expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservations, and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately handle guest payments and maintain financial records.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Manage resident interactions with professionalism and develop creative solutions to guest concerns.
• Organize resident belongings, messages, and packages accurately and timely.
• Assist leasing team with scheduling and organizing property tours.
• Comply with workplace rules and standards of conduct.
• Interact harmoniously with team members at the property.
• Update collateral for local restaurants, attractions, and maps.
• Coordinate deliveries and move-ins/outs with solution providers.
• Manage guest parking assignments and oversee the bicycle sharing program.
