Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus relevant customer service experience.
• Four or more years of customer service experience.
• Experience with residential suites or building technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor resident living experiences across common spaces and suites.
• Identify opportunities to elevate quality in sub-par areas.
• Assist daily in operations of building technology and esthetics.
• Respond promptly to resident care requests.
• Ensure suites meet brand standards and complete protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Assist with proposals from service providers.
