Job summary

TI Communities is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our Saratoga Ridge community in Austin, TX. You will support delinquency processes, reporting, and resident engagement while developing leadership skills for career growth.

You will assist with resident accounts, rent collection, and reporting, support leasing and retention, and deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/property management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Comfort with financial tasks and software systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident accounts, rent collection, and reporting.
• Support leasing and retention efforts.
• Deliver excellent service and quickly resolve issues.
• Partner with the Property Manager on daily operations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and the Impact Team to organize community events.
