Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a multi-family community in Plano, TX. You will lead leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations to maximize occupancy and service quality.

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, lease enforcement, reporting, and coordination with maintenance to address issues and improve property performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as an onsite Property Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet all deadlines set by management/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and coordinating repairs.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Manage leasing agents with clear daily goals.
