Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist in scheduling and training employees as needed.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees and assist in hiring.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages, and packages.
• Provide knowledge of resident apartments, facilities, and local information.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear name tag.
