StoryPoint in Medina Township is seeking a friendly Receptionist to provide efficient service to residents and guests. You will answer calls, check-in residents daily, greet visitors, and support the Leasing Team as needed.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm, paid at $17 per hour with daily pay options and generous PTO, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to answer calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Greet residents and guests in a professional manner.

Mansioni

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Assist in hiring and training of staff.
• Assist in scheduling and training employees.
• Refer prospective residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of resident apartments and facilities.
• Reserve private dining area for residents and guests.
