Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred in business or related field.
• 1+ years in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Prior experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent resident experience and address concerns via phone, email, or in person.
• Oversee renewal campaigns with Leasing & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain property reputation by managing online reviews and feedback.
• Support leasing team with tours, applications, and move-in procedures.
• Plan and execute resident-focused events to build community.
• Ensure timely communication with residents regarding balances, notices, and lease-related matters.
