The Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Resident Services Specialist for the Solaire community in Las Vegas, NV. You will be the primary contact for residents, delivering exceptional service and coordinating communications to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for resident inquiries and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Assist leasing team with move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and orientations.
• Plan and execute resident events and programs to improve retention.
• Manage resident files, process work orders, and maintain records in the PM system.
• Distribute community notices and manage digital communications (newsletters/social media).
• Ensure all interactions and documentation comply with Fair Housing laws and policies.
