The Resident Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for our residents, ensuring a high-quality living experience through exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and efficient administrative support. This role bridges the gap between property management and resident satisfaction, focusing on retention and community engagement.
Resident Relations: Act as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback; resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Leasing Support: Assist the leasing team with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and coordinating welcome orientations for new residents.
Community Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events and community programs to foster a sense of belonging and improve retention.
Administrative Oversight: Manage resident files, process work orders, and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
Communication: Distribute community-wide notices and manage digital communication platforms (newsletters, social media, or resident portals).
Compliance: Ensure all resident interactions and documentation adhere to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
