You'll direct dining room and housekeeping teams, set the tone for memorable mealtimes, and ensure residents are delighted with housekeeping. You will hire, train, coach staff; lead Sales while Manager on Duty; welcome tours, handle lease signing, respond to calls, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two years in front-of-house supervision and leadership.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgeting and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct dining room and housekeeping teams; ensure service excellence.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty weekly; respond to inquiries and tours; complete lease signing.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely feedback and performance management.
• Establish and manage labor and supplies budgets and expenses.
• Manage schedules based on census and budgets; control overtime.
• Create restaurant-style dining atmosphere and monitor the dining experience.
• Work with Executive Chef and GM/ED to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Review daily menu with residents and staff; coordinate room service.
• Ensure life/safety compliance; conduct quality checks.
• Train team on Company standards; cleanliness and appearance.
• Verify tables are set per standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/ED is not on-site.
• May perform other duties as needed.
