Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking an Hospitality Manager to oversee dining room and housekeeping services in our community. You will lead waitstaff and housekeepers, manage tours, leases, and resident interactions, and ensure top-tier service and safety standards.

You will coach staff, monitor budgets, schedule labor, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and GM to keep residents delighted with meals and programs. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Two years of front-of-house supervision and leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a team and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, respond to inquiries, conduct tours and complete lease signing.
• Answer telephone calls promptly in a welcoming manner.
• Provide budget and expense management for labor and supplies.
• Oversee dining room and housekeeping services to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure life/safety rules are followed and quality checks are performed.
• Train team on Company standards and performance expectations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/Executive Director is not on site.
