Job summary

Avamere Court at Keizer is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to greet residents, families and visitors and manage inquiries in the residence. This full-time role blends customer service, administrative support and frontline coordination to ensure a positive experience for all entering the facility.

You will handle admissions inquiries, schedule appointments, answer phones and relay feedback to appropriate staff, while maintaining a welcoming reception area and supporting care teams as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a clerical position in a healthcare setting.
• Must maintain and have active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors, including directing them as needed.
• Assist with admissions inquiries, paperwork and explanations of billing and procedures.
• Answer phones, manage resident call lists and route inquiries to staff.
• Schedule appointments for residents with medical staff and other professionals.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and introductions to caregivers.
• Document and escalate feedback to ensure timely resolution.
