Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must maintain an active CPR/BLS certification during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, families and visitors; provide directions and inquiries.
• Assist with admissions processes, paperwork and explain billing and facility procedures.
• Schedule appointments with medical staff or professionals and coordinate with departments.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families and aid in smooth arrivals.
• Document feedback and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Respond to general questions about facility services and make recommendations.
