Job summary

Billingsley Property Services II, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician for The Hudson properties in The Colony, TX. This role blends housekeeping with basic maintenance to keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

You will perform cleaning of common areas, assist with move-ins, and handle maintenance tasks while ensuring high standards and strong resident service. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and wear a company uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and resident communication.
• Basic maintenance knowledge (lighting, plumbing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/ holidays.
• Willingness to wear uniform during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, lobbies, and amenities.
• Assist with move-ins, ensuring units are clean for new tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas and restrooms.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and safely.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and inspect equipment.
• Keep grounds, parking areas, and storerooms tidy.
• Respond to resident requests and document service requests.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Learn pool system operations and company standards.
