Job summary

Associa's Haymarket, VA community seeks a Recreation & Facilities Manager to oversee clubhouse and recreation amenities, ensuring a welcoming and well‑managed environment for residents. You will coordinate events, manage reservations, maintain facility standards, and support administrative tasks to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, recreation management, HOA operations, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of clubhouse, fitness center, pools, and other recreational amenities.
• Greet residents, respond to inquiries, manage reservations, and support a positive community atmosphere.
• Schedule, plan, and support community events, classes, and private rentals.
• Maintain records, process forms, manage calendars, and assist with communications and reporting.
• Work with cleaning, maintenance, and event vendors to ensure high facility standards.
• Ensure clubhouse rules, amenity guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with rental fees, event budgets, supply purchasing, and invoice processing.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and ensure readiness.
• Track supplies, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations and events.
• Support programs that enhance resident involvement and satisfaction.
