Job summary

Associa is seeking a maintenance worker to perform general electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and grounds maintenance across the property in Williamsburg, VA. Duties include installing streetlight bulbs, servicing photocells, mailbox wiring, sign installation, signage and fence work, and upkeep of recreation centers and offices.

The role requires ability to lift heavy items, a flexible schedule, and the ability to coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• General electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and grounds maintenance skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and work a flexible schedule.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install light bulbs in streetlights and handle photocell maintenance.
• Disconnect wiring from mailbox posts and install new mailboxes.
• Assemble, install, and remove for sale signs.
• Install traffic signs, paint, perform general carpentry and grounds maintenance across the property.
• Maintain and clean recreation centers and HOA offices.
• Track maintenance and schedule repairs for company vehicles.
• Maintain swimming pools May through September.
• Perform storm prep, snow removal, and special projects.
• General cleaning, setup and breakdown for activities.
