Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, assist with move-ins, events, and sales/marketing activities for a Greystar-managed property in San Marcos, CA.

The role collaborates with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to enhance resident retention and program outcomes, while ensuring amenities and guest services meet standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with service request callbacks as necessary.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and manages loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use.
• Develops and executes events and programs using amenity space and measures outcomes.
• Keeps local area information current and maintains relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
• Monitors the Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinates with the Lifestyle Team for timely responses and marketing.
• Creates and publishes the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; updates Resident Portal postings.
• Supports sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks.
• Contributes to budgeting discussions and manages expenses within the property portfolio.
