Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programs that build connection and well-being within our senior living communities. This hands-on role offers visible impact on resident life and opportunities to collaborate with vendors and partners.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in senior living or hospitality, strong customer-service skills, and is comfortable with MS Office and AV equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset; comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 25 lbs; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs; support communications and promotions.
• Encourage participation; provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
