Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities that foster connection and well-being for residents. The role is hands-on with visible impact on resident life in our Scottsdale community.

You will assist with planning, setup, and execution of events, support communication and promotions, and provide Concierge coverage as needed. A 1+ year background in senior living or hospitality and MS Office/AV skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with customer-service mindset; comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 25 lbs; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of resident activities and events.
• Provide communication and promotions support; encourage participation and coverage.
• Coordinate transportation; uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of resident activities, events, and programs, including support for communication and promotions.

Work Schedule

Regular workdays are Sunday - Thursday and requires 1 -2 evenings a week.
