Job summary

Pillar Properties is seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist in Bellevue, WA to foster a connected living experience. You will be the first contact for residents, coordinate events, manage the resident portal, and help with renewals and services to deliver a Quietly Awesome experience.

You will lead social media efforts, partner with local businesses, and support leasing through outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in hospitality, service, or property management preferred.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills required.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Social media and content creation preferred.
• Self-starting personality with limited direction.
• Strong project management and adaptability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and YARDI helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, renewals, and general community needs.
• Maintain a constant presence in the leasing office to assist with reservations and deliveries.
• Plan and manage monthly resident events within the property budget.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar and create relevant content.
• Manage amenity reservations and guest logistics from start to finish.
• Assist with renewal workflow and notices to vacate options.
• Show the community to prospective residents and assist with leasing as needed.
