Qualifications

• Requires strong customer-service orientation and ability to manage multiple resident needs.
• Experience in hospitality, service, or property management is preferred.
• Proficient in coordinating events, communications, and resident programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain a constant presence in the leasing office to assist residents with reservations and deliveries.
• Plan and execute resident events, manage budgets, and coordinate marketing and communications.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar and create content aligned with the property brand.
• Curate and publish the resident monthly newsletter.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses to enhance resident experiences.
• Manage amenity reservations from confirmation to completion and assist guests.
• Support renewal workflows and follow-up communications with residents.
• Tour the community with prospective residents and assist with leasing as needed.
• Ensure renters insurance compliance and maintain renewal lease files.
• Oversee package intake and timely delivery to residents.
