Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) seeks a Lifestyle Director to lead community events and programming across our Texas communities. You will design, promote, and execute a robust calendar of activities that engages residents and partners alike.

You’ll work onsite with the Communications Associate to craft content for websites, newsletters, and social channels, and you’ll manage an annual budget for activities and rentals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company purpose: build community by connecting residents through events and programming.
• Collaborate with the Communications Associate to develop content for the website, newsletters, promotions, and social media.
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activities and rentals.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the community.
• Oversee the amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Create and support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Foster a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors; engage the public.
• Public speaking and engagement are essential.
