Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead community events, programming, and resident engagement in a vibrant master-planned community. You will collaborate with residents, the board, and partners to ensure engaging experiences that reflect our resident-centric focus.

The role requires 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, plus a background in communications.

Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields.
2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, promote and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
Develop content for community communications (website, newsletters, materials, social media).
Produce and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
Oversee the operation of the amenity center including rentals.
Develop policies and procedures.
Support for clubs, groups, committees.
Build a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
Public speaking and engagement.
