Hilltop Residential is seeking a Community Director for Vue 360 at 2825 N Hwy 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. You will oversee daily operations, lead leasing, maintenance and admin teams, and drive occupancy, retention and resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, marketing strategies and ensure compliance with policies, safety and local laws. A strong background in multifamily operations and staff leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Community Director in Multifamily Property Management.
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of multifamily operations, resident relations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and support leasing, maintenance, and admin staff.
• Analyze community performance, set goals, and implement strategies to meet occupancy, leasing, and retention targets.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, rent collections and expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competition.
• Address resident concerns with excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Report to senior management on performance and improvements.
• Create strategic plans to meet performance goals and market growth.
