Job summary

Urby in Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Resident Concierge to welcome residents and guests, guide them through leasing information, and maintain a positive, safe building environment. You will staff the lobby, assist with move-ins, and coordinate packages with a strong emphasis on hospitality and service.

The role offers an hourly rate of $22/hr, with responsibilities spanning guest greeting, resident support, and effective communication across teams to ensure a seamless living

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist residents with leasing information.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: Welcome residents and new prospects with cheerful, genuine greetings at the lobby area.
• Oversee the lobby and cafe areas to ensure brand standards are met.
• Assist with move-in coordination and resident orientation.
• Help residents with lockouts, access cards, and basic maintenance coordination as needed.
• Coordinate packages: sign, scan, log, sort, and notify residents for pickup.
