Job summary

Urby is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to welcome residents and prospects at the welcome desk and package room. You will help with move-ins, answer questions about pricing and availability, and coordinate deliveries while promoting Urby events and local vendors.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, in writing, and by telephone.
• Guest-service oriented with experience in front desk or related area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and prospects, greet with a cheerful and genuine attitude.
• Oversee lobby and cafe to meet brand standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with move-ins, walk-ins, and provide leasing information when needed.
• Coordinate packages, deliveries, and elevator setup for movers.
• Respond to resident inquiries and escalate issues to PM managers as needed.
• Promote resident engagement by sharing Urby events and local recommendations.
