Job summary

Urby is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk host to welcome residents and guests at the welcome desk and assist with leasing information, packages, and resident needs. The role emphasizes hospitality, resident engagement, and coordination across teams to support a vibrant community.

Hourly rate is $22/hr, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are team players able to navigate multiple tasks, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional resident

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.
• Guest-service oriented with experience in front desk/outlet settings.
• Proactive problem solving and multitasking under pressure.
• Ability to stand, interact with residents, and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects cheerfully at the welcome desk.
• Oversee lobby and café areas to maintain brand standards.
• Assist residents with leasing information and move-in coordination.
• Manage packages: sign for, scan, log, and store.
• Coordinate with maintenance for access and safety protocols.
