Job summary

Urby is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk/guest services associate to greet residents and prospects, maintain the lobby and common areas, and assist with move-ins and package deliveries. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will process packages, coordinate elevator access for moves, support maintenance entries, and help residents with basic leasing information.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly in person, in writing, and by telephone.

• Guest-service oriented with front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and prospects with cheerful, genuine greetings.
• Oversee lobby and cafe areas, uphold brand standards.
• Assist with move-in coordination and guiding visitors.
• Process packages: sign, scan, sort, store, notify residents.
• Manage deliveries, elevator setup, and move-in inspections.
• Support maintenance coordination and entry permissions.
