Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge, a National Lutheran Community, is seeking a Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors. This role involves enhancing the resident experience through warmth and exceptional service in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include managing the lobby area, handling communications, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has strong multitasking skills, experience in administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors along with assisting in maintaining the lobby area.
• Answers main-line switchboard; answers questions, takes messages and routes calls as required.
• Monitors designated emergency panels; alerts appropriate staff for concerns.
