Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge in Bartlesville, OK, to greet residents and visitors, answer phones, and support the front desk on weekends. The role involves maintaining a welcoming lobby, guiding guests, and coordinating communications across departments.

You will assist residents and families with information, routes, and basic services, while upholding Sagora’s values of commitment, empowerment, excellence, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications to maintain a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
