Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for its Lynridge of Waco community to warmly greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure smooth communications both in-person and by phone.

Responsibilities include directing calls, maintaining a professional lobby, and assisting colleagues at the front desk while upholding Sagora's resident-first, quality-centered culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area including telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
