Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors at our community in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The role focuses on delivering warm, professional service at the front desk and supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

You will manage calls, provide information, and assist team members while maintaining a professional image in person and over the phone. This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow within Sagora.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and ensure effective telephone/mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures.
• Provide accurate information in-person and by phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
